Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items, as most of our products are custom-made and personalized. Due to their unique energetic and cosmetic properties, these items cannot be returned or exchanged after use. Such products will be clearly marked as final sale before purchase to ensure transparency.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking code and further information. You can use the tracking code to monitor your package's progress. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and potential delays due to customs processing.
